Mark H. Lazarus, Esq. received his legal education at Fordham University School of Law, where he was honored to serve as a member of the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Lazarus began his legal career as an associate in the real estate group of Dewey Ballantine LLP, an internationally renowned and respected law firm. At Dewey Ballantine LLP Mr. Lazarus represented a wide array of financial institutions and corporate clients with respect to a broad assortment of real estate related transactions, including all manner of real estate related loans, purchases and sales of real estate, land use and environmental issues, leases of real estate and many other real estate related matters.

In his time at Dewey Ballantine LLP Mr. Lazarus was privileged to work with and learn from some of the most highly respected real estate attorneys in the country and to represent some of the most prominent players in the real estate industry. In so doing, he was able to develop and cultivate a broad knowledge of and expertise in many areas of real estate law, to learn and appreciate the importance of diligence, dedication, and professionalism in representing his clients, and, perhaps most importantly, to learn to prioritize and emphasize understanding, caring for and working to satisfy the particular needs and desires of each and every client.
